Managing Director

Greg Skrobek is a Chartered Project Professional with 19 years of experience across construction, civil engineering and major infrastructure delivery.

His experience includes complex rail and station environments, major construction programmes, operational interfaces, stakeholder management and high-risk delivery activities.

Greg's approach combines strategic programme thinking with detailed understanding of construction delivery — enabling him to move comfortably between board-level priorities and the realities facing teams on site.

As Managing Director of EBS, Greg's focus is developing a consultancy capable of bringing that same delivery mindset to complex programmes across UK infrastructure.
